What you will do

• Lead procurement negotiations and manage supplier onboarding across seven countries in the LATAM region.
• Oversee purchase order creation and ensure strict compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities while managing administrative budgets for regional offices.
• Drive the continuity of procurement automation initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative office management and employee support.
• Participate in interdisciplinary groups to enhance ERP systems and procurement dashboard development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in procurement, including supplier negotiations and 360-degree evaluations.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, and dashboard development (e.g., Looker).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
