What you will do

• Produce motion-driven social content for platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Translate brand strategy and campaign direction into performance-driven visual storytelling.
• Design and animate assets with high precision in typography, pacing, and composition.
• Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to develop ideas from concept to execution.
• Monitor social media trends and platform innovations to continuously elevate creative output.
• Manage multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a motion designer in an agency or in-house creative team.
• High-level proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar motion design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first motion design and short-form digital storytelling.
• Deep understanding of platform-native creative and engagement drivers for social channels.
• Must be based in the United States and eligible for remote work within the country.
