What you will do

• Design and animate graphics for daily video programming, including market opens and breaking news.
• Create polished show packages, transitions, and lower thirds that align with the brand identity.
• Develop reusable motion templates and toolkits to support daily production workflows.
• Animate short-form social media assets to translate complex market stories into engaging content.
• Collaborate with video producers and editors to integrate motion work into editorial content.
• Contribute to defining the evolving motion language across all hirify.global Finance platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work in video, broadcast, or editorial contexts.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience building motion templates and working within established brand systems.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced newsroom environment managing multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in broadcast or live video production environments, including MOGRT workflows.
• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Openness to exploring AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows.
