TL;DR

Lead Motion Designer (Motion Design): Leading the motion design vision for the UK market by creating marketing campaigns, product explainers, and social content with an accent on visual storytelling and high-quality animation. Focus on developing reusable motion design systems and elevating brand perception through advanced VFX and 3D animation.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in the United Kingdom

Salary: £32,000 – £50,000 base salary per annum

What you will do

Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, and digital advertising.
Conceptualize and develop storyboards and animation sequences aligned with UK brand objectives.
Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for UK projects.
Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production.
Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content.
Experiment with advanced VFX and 3D animation to set new benchmarks for the brand.

Requirements

Must be based in the UK.
5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work.
Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.

Nice to have

Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender.
