What you will do

  • Produce and edit high-quality motion graphics and video assets for social, display, and email campaigns.
  • Adapt and scale creative assets across multiple formats and platforms without compromising quality.
  • Develop performance-driven assets optimized for outcomes such as CPA, CTR, and engagement.
  • Integrate generative AI tools into the ideation and production workflow for increased efficiency.
  • Film short-form video content for digital channels via lightweight on-location shoots.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate scripts and concepts into visual assets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a portfolio of real-world assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience using Figma within a collaborative creative workflow.
  • Ability to create social-first, platform-native video content for short-form channels.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools throughout the creative process.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and how creative decisions impact business results.
