What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution, tracking, and optimization of ATL media channels including Linear TV, OTT/CTV, OOH, and Direct Mail.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Media Ops to develop and implement campaign strategies.
• Manage relationships with external media agencies to ensure alignment on deliverables and performance metrics.
• Develop comprehensive media plans, monitor pacing against KPIs, and provide strategic optimization recommendations.
• Oversee channel budgets, including weekly/monthly pacing, forecasting, and financial reconciliation with the Finance team.
• Mentor junior team members on ATL media management and performance analysis best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid)
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience managing above-the-line channels (Linear TV, OTT/CTV, OOH, Direct Mail).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and media metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Agency-side marketing experience.
• Understanding of the sports and gaming business and culture.
