What you will do

• Manage a global team of 20+ Brand Managers across London, Porto, and Sao Paulo.
• Own sales performance, supply growth, and operational efficiency for 550 brands under an e-concession model.
• Lead commercial conversations and business reviews with top fashion and luxury brand partners.
• Act as the internal voice of brands, collaborating with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the roll-out of a new consignment model across Europe and the UK.
• Align with Business Development on growth objectives and onboarding strategies for new brands.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
• Proven experience as a people leader managing distributed teams across geographies.
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to use data to identify root causes and drive action.
• Experience managing high-impact projects while maintaining smooth business-as-usual operations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Resilience and adaptability in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
