What you will do

• Manage all direct and indirect taxes, ensuring timely submission of returns, claims, and elections.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and maintain relationships with various tax authorities.
• Develop and own group tax reporting processes, including the implementation of a tax risk framework.
• Analyze tax structuring and costs associated with the company's expansion into new territories.
• Support M&A activities, organizational restructurings, and tax due diligence.
• Implement and oversee transfer pricing and loan agreements, ensuring a master transfer pricing document is in place.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate taxation within international organizations.
• Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, including VAT.
• Experience managing international tax compliance, reporting, and tax risk.
• Expertise in transfer pricing, M&A, and international expansion.
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
• Fluency in English.
