What you will do

• Define and execute the Americas supply chain strategy to support rapid regional growth.
• Lead supply chain activities for the world’s largest retail customer, coordinating forecasting and deployment.
• Manage executive-level relationships with EMS partners and key account stakeholders.
• Oversee regional Procurement and Logistics managers across inbound and outbound operations.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain for manufacturing capacity assessments and risk management.
• Mentor and develop a high-potential team focused on KPI discipline and executive communication.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience across North America and LATAM.
• Proven track record managing EMS partners and contract manufacturers.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or Tier-1 retail customers.
• Strong expertise in ERP and planning systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 30% across the Americas region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business.
