What you will do
- Provide technical and data support for ZOLL products via telephone and email to customers and sales representatives.
- Ensure satisfactory customer resolution by following up on inquiries and escalating issues to product teams.
- Perform accurate data entry and track claims using the Oracle tracking system.
- Maintain and manage the department knowledge base, developing best practices to ensure data integrity.
- Manage an active case backlog while participating in a required on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical support data experience working directly with customers.
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Server environments.
- Foundational understanding of SQL and basic networking principles.
- Experience with Wireless Technology including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Certificates.
- Proficiency with remote access tools such as LogMeIn and WebEx.
