What you will do
- Provide efficient technical support for 3D scanners and software via online sessions, telephone, and email.
- Manage support cases in CRM, including logging, prioritization, and troubleshooting.
- Interact with internal departments to escalate customer feedback and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and review knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Conduct technical training and coaching for colleagues and reseller supporters.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- General networking knowledge and understanding of client-server installations.
- Database administration knowledge (MSSQL or others).
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
- Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine for hybrid office attendance.
