What you will do
- Prioritize quick response times and consistent delivery on SLAs to ensure high user satisfaction.
- Manage and troubleshoot integration errors, downtime events, and complex data issues.
- Maintain detailed system documentation, including interface specifications and data flow diagrams.
- Act as a liaison between Customer Operations and Engineering to escalate issues and identify product improvements.
- Proactively monitor integration health to detect and resolve issues before they impact clients.
- Participate in on-call rotation for weekends, holidays, and maintenance events.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 2+ years of experience in technical EHR healthcare integration roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: database extracts, HL7v2 interfaces, or FHIR.
- Demonstrated experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, including multi-table joins and data validation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work an 11am to 8pm ET shift, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Certification in integration engines like Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, or Epic Bridges.
- Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle management (RCM) and clinical charge capture workflows.
- Technical proficiency with Cerner CCL or Epic systems.
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications.
