What you will do

• Lead the outcome-focused delivery and roll-out of ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM & SAM).
• Design, develop, and deploy ITAM features, including on-premise and SaaS provider integrations (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Cloud, SCCM, Jamf).
• Configure content libraries and Service Graph Connectors to maintain enterprise asset data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Finance, and Risk & Compliance.
• Build intuitive interfaces using UI Builder, Portal Designer, and custom HTML/CSS/Javascript.
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize processes through AI-powered self-service workflows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration, specifically in the ITAM domain.
• Proven experience implementing CMDB/CSDM, ServiceNow Discovery, HAM, and SAM.
• Current ServiceNow certifications in Discovery, HAM, and/or SAM, plus System Administrator certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and Python, with strong knowledge of Glide APIs.
• Strong competency in ITIL methodology and software design patterns.
• Must be based in Canada or Mexico.

Nice to have

• ArchX (Architecture Excellence) or Certified Technical Architect designation.
• Experience with Performance Analytics, AI Control Tower, or GRC modules.
