Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00

What you will do
- Handle customer complaints and technical inquiries via the helpdesk.
- Document service requests in the Oracle database according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshoot device failures over the phone using critical thinking and technical manuals.
- Support customers with software upgrades and data communication.
- Manage the retrieval of loaner equipment from customers.
- Provide 24/7 rotational on-call support for English and French customers (possible future requirement).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, or biomedical engineering, or as a biomedical technologist.
- Fluency in both English and French (oral and written) is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a helpdesk or similar technical support role.
- Ability to travel to the United States periodically.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail.
