What you will do

• Develop and evolve a company-wide content strategy aligned with growth priorities and the buyer journey.
• Manage integrated editorial and social calendars, ensuring consistent production of thought leadership, product narratives, and customer stories.
• Define organic social brand voice, executive advocacy programs, and trend-reactive content guidelines.
• Partner with SMEs and customers to produce signature assets including research reports, executive bylines, and event keynotes.
• Instrument content analytics and reporting to translate insights into an experimentation roadmap.
• Coordinate external agencies and freelancers to scale production while maintaining editorial standards.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of content marketing experience with a track record of driving measurable impact.
• Deep experience collaborating with executives and SMEs to produce differentiated thought leadership.
• Proven ownership of organic social strategies, including channel planning and employee advocacy.
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency with SEO, content analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as the role requires E-Verify participation.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech sectors such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, or SAP.
• Background in executive ghostwriting or original research programs.
