Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 + Bonus

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the client services team to foster high performance and accountability.
- Design and enforce repeatable protocols to increase client lifetime value and net revenue retention.
- Oversee cross-functional execution across Creative and Logistics teams to ensure integrated growth strategies.
- Manage the client services P&L, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and scaling ratios.
- Act as the executive point of contact for key clients to identify and execute account growth opportunities.
- Identify and execute opportunities to integrate AI into client services to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client services, account management, or leadership within an agency or e-commerce environment.
- Must have agency experience owning a P&L of $20M or more.
- Proven ability to design and implement standardized processes like SOWs and health-scoring systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret LTV, NRR, and churn data into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Experience in a senior brand-side role overseeing complex, high-value relationships.
- Familiarity with measurement software, programmatic media, or affiliate marketing.
