What you will do
- Own and execute the global post-sale customer strategy to ensure a seamless customer journey aligned with company growth.
- Drive customer renewals, retention, and expansion across all markets to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Translate product and campaign performance data into clear insights and compelling narratives that unlock growth.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global Customer Success team across North America, UK, and EMEA.
- Partner with Product and Commercial teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts and resolve complex customer escalations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading global teams within high-growth digital or media environments.
- Strong track record of driving renewals, expansion, and measurable revenue growth.
- Highly data-driven with the ability to translate analytics into actionable stories.
- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
