What you will do

• Investigate issues to determine root cause gaps that bad actors exploit and implement solutions to close them.
• Perform due diligence and manage the onboarding process for new customers.
• Resolve urgent issues impacting businesses, carriers, and consumers on a global scale.
• Action incoming carrier partner notifications and troubleshoot complex domain-specific issues.
• Utilize internal tools and investigative research to detect and prevent non-compliant activity.
• Provide customer support via email and phone to ensure an excellent user experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Estonia.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, KYC, fraud, or abuse, preferably within eCommerce or Telecommunications.
• Basic technical proficiency, including SQL and an understanding of APIs and data analytics.
• Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Above average written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar data extraction and visualization tools.
• Advanced understanding of APIs and related technologies.
• Professional background specifically in the telecommunications industry.
