What you will do

• Define and refine audience and inventory segments to drive targeting and pricing strategies in collaboration with Data Science.
• Own the weekly price-floor governance cadence, adjusting Unified Pricing Rules in Google Ad Manager based on fill and eCPM.
• Align ad monetization strategies with subscriptions and one-time purchases to optimize LTV and user experience.
• Monitor revenue, investigate anomalies, and run structured A/B tests to validate floor and segment changes.
• Build and maintain dashboards connecting segments and floor movements to revenue outcomes.
• Support demand integrations (AdX, Open Bidding, Amazon TAM) from an analytical perspective.

Requirements

• 4+ years in yield management, ad operations, or monetization analytics.
• Experience with audience/inventory segmentation and cohort analysis.
• Fluency in Google Ad Manager, specifically Unified Pricing Rules and floor management.
• Strong grasp of the programmatic ecosystem (AdX, Open Bidding, header bidding, SSP, DSP, RTB).
• Understanding of hybrid monetization models (ad-supported vs. subscription).
• Must be based in the US (implied by 401k and location).

• Proficiency in SQL and BI tooling such as Looker or Tableau.
