TL;DR
Business Analyst Middle (Fintech): Designing and implementing business logic for new credit product lines with an accent on the customer journey, from account opening to repayments. Focus on translating complex business needs into scalable product solutions and coordinating cross-functional workstreams across risk, legal, and tech.
Location: Hybrid (Colombia). Relocation support is provided.

What you will do
- Design business logic for credit products, including account opening, credit limits, repayments, and interest calculations.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through BRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Create process diagrams and maintain the product knowledge base.
- Define business requirements for CRM, DWH, and operational analytics.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams between Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Finance teams.
- Conduct market research and monitor product metrics such as conversion funnels, CAC, and unit economics.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Analyst.
- Professional experience in fintech, banking, credit products, or payment systems.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, Postman, SQL, and relational databases.
- Strong ability to structure complex business logic and manage diverse stakeholders.
- English: B2 or higher required for communication with an international team.
- Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Colombia.
Nice to have
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience with BNPL, revolving credit, or consumer lending solutions.
- Knowledge of card processing and payment infrastructure.
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and antifraud processes.
- Experience launching financial products in Latin America.
