What you will do

• Design business logic for credit products, including account opening, credit limits, repayments, and interest calculations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through BRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Create process diagrams and maintain the product knowledge base.
• Define business requirements for CRM, DWH, and operational analytics.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams between Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Finance teams.
• Conduct market research and monitor product metrics such as conversion funnels, CAC, and unit economics.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Professional experience in fintech, banking, credit products, or payment systems.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, Postman, SQL, and relational databases.
• Strong ability to structure complex business logic and manage diverse stakeholders.
• English: B2 or higher required for communication with an international team.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Colombia.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with BNPL, revolving credit, or consumer lending solutions.
• Knowledge of card processing and payment infrastructure.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, and antifraud processes.
• Experience launching financial products in Latin America.
