What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and close strategic providers to strengthen the global payments stack.
• Negotiate pricing, fee structures, rebates, and operational SLAs with partners.
• Own the end-to-end RFP lifecycle, including vendor selection and decision memos.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define integration scope and launch readiness.
• Monitor performance dashboards and KPIs to ensure partnerships deliver measurable results.
• Represent the company externally in partner conversations and industry forums.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required (written and spoken).
• Proven experience across the US, EU, and LATAM payments and financial ecosystems.
• Strong negotiation skills regarding pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms.
• Ability to lead end-to-end ownership from inception to delivery.
• Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.
• Experience in influencing leadership and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
