Compensation: $58/hr to $62/hr

What you will do

• Build and maintain automation tooling in Python and shell scripting to streamline infrastructure operations.
• Deploy, manage, and scale services on Kubernetes clusters.
• Maintain and monitor high-performance storage systems like Qumulo.
• Integrate infrastructure components with internal and external creative tools.
• Ensure redundancy and backups of core systems and services.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners and translate needs into engineering solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building APIs and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (S3, EC2).
• Proficiency with Linux server administration and shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and configuration management tools like Terraform.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative production workflows and tools like Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with VMware vSphere and SQL/Postgres databases.
• Understanding of accessibility best practices for internal tools.
• Experience with system monitoring and observability platforms.
