TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States, with a preference for candidates near regional hubs or major cities.

Compensation: $300,000 – $400,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing customer experience and growth organization.
  • Own retention, renewal health, and cross-sell quotas for the North American market.
  • Identify renewal risks early and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute retention plans.
  • Develop scalable cross-sell programs across application management, professional services, and security offerings.
  • Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with strategic enterprise clients.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving cadences, reporting, and processes for customer success.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, technology services, or client-facing revenue leadership.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience managing quota-bearing customer success or account management teams.
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology services including software support or managed services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention, renewal, and cross-sell targets in complex enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
