What you will do

• Identify and syndicate trending content across the network to maximize audience reach.
• Edit and refine syndicated posts to ensure high standards of clarity, accuracy, and tone.
• Manage workflows for team production and coordinate coverage for major initiatives.
• Craft SEO-optimized headlines and metadata to drive social media engagement.
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable feedback on audience trends and content gaps.
• Supervise a team of three full-time Content Strategists.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in a high-pressure daily newsroom or online news outlet.
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or real-time analytics platforms.
• Strong background in news writing and copy editing, including AP style guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, marketing, or equivalent experience.
