Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 annually

What you will do

• Support the execution of strategic growth initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, and new business development.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify, define, and analyze strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate all phases of the M&A and investment process from sourcing to execution.
• Conduct in-depth research on markets, competitors, and emerging trends.
• Build and cultivate relationships with industry partners, startups, and investors.
• Partner with product, marketing, and content teams to launch strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or private equity.
• Strong knowledge of the US content and media landscape.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and the M&A lifecycle.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and executive presentations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management, relationship management, and change management.
• Professional working fluency in Korean or Japanese.
• MBA and/or international experience.
