What you will do

• Own a portfolio of established mid-tier influencer partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing and negotiation to content approval and reporting.
• Manage influencer agreements and ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and brand standards.
• Coordinate whitelisting and paid amplification workflows with the Paid Media team.
• Track campaign KPIs and provide performance summaries with optimization recommendations.
• Identify and vet new mid-tier talent to maintain a strong pipeline for future campaigns.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing at a consumer brand, agency, or talent management company.
• Strong relationship management skills with experience navigating negotiations and building long-term partnerships.
• Working knowledge of FTC guidelines, influencer contract basics, and platform content policies.
• Analytical proficiency in interpreting performance data and pulling reports.
• Experience with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, Mavrck, or Grin.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
