Salary: $150,000–$225,000

What you will do

• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product decisions and hypotheses.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and diagrams to guide product development.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate feedback and design tradeoffs.
• Develop and contribute to design systems and style guides.
• Iterate on designs within an agile environment to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Take initiative to improve design processes and design thinking across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a product design role developing web experiences.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration tools like Miro or Mural.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and style guides.
• Strong background in interaction and UI design.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
