TL;DR

Pricing Strategist (Go to Market Pricing): Develop pricing frameworks, commercial policies, and decision principles that govern high-impact pricing choices for a sales-managed segment with an accent on monetization durable frameworks, discounting guardrails, and risk-sharing commercial constructs. Focus on building decision-useful quantitative models, pressure-testing assumptions, and translating tradeoffs into clear pricing execution guidance for sellers and customers at scale.

What you will do

  • Develop frameworks and strategies that guide commercial pricing decisions.
  • Design commercial constructs (commitments, incentives, and risk-sharing) that meet customer needs while supporting healthy unit economics and long-term growth.
  • Build and evolve discounting frameworks, guardrails, and approval principles to improve pricing execution, consistency, and speed across segments and deal types.
  • Partner with Sales, GTM Strategy, Finance, Legal, and Product to produce executable proposals and resolve complex commercial questions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a strategy role (e.g., consulting, bizops).
  • 3+ years of expertise in pricing and monetization, including experience designing discounting frameworks and commercial constructs.
  • Deep experience with enterprise software or technology commercial models, with familiarity with usage- or consumption-based pricing.
  • Strong quantitative problem-solving skills to build decision-useful models and pressure-test assumptions.
  • Ability to communicate complex pricing choices clearly for both executive and customer-facing audiences.
