What you will do

• Build and deploy machine learning models that power core products serving millions of users.
• Own the full ML lifecycle from initial data analysis to production deployment.
• Apply modern ML techniques to solve large-scale, real-world problems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prototype and launch ML-driven features.
• Utilize AI tools and high-velocity engineering workflows to design and ship scalable services.
• Uphold rigorous standards for code correctness, security, and production-ready quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of post-Bachelor’s machine learning experience (or 2+ years with a Master's degree).
• Strong understanding of machine learning approaches and algorithms.
• Experience developing models for ranking, recommendations, search, or image generation.
• Ability to work with internal and external partners to solve ambiguous problems.
• Must be able to work in an office 4+ days per week in designated US locations.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Caffe2, PyTorch, or Spark ML.
• Experience with ranking infrastructures and system design.
