What you will do

• Define and maintain the technical roadmap for Workday capabilities including Integrations, Extend, and Prism Analytics.
• Design and oversee integration architecture using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Manage Prism Analytics data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and transformation logic standards.
• Establish governance structures for reporting, data security, and tenant migration processes.
• Lead cross-functional technical delivery teams and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Act as the primary IT liaison and escalation point for all Workday technical matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive experience with Workday technical capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday Extend, Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio), and Prism Analytics.
• Proficiency with Workday Web Services (WWS), REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting languages like XSLT, Java, and XML.
• Strong understanding of data transformation, security, and performance considerations.
• Excellent communication skills for translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certification in Integrations, Prism, or Reporting.
• Experience in commercial real estate or professional services industry.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
