What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision and strategy across the software platform and productized robotic cells.
• Act as the voice of the customer by translating pain points from plant floors into actionable R&D requirements.
• Bridge the gap between product and commercial teams to shape positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Define hardware requirements and business cases, balancing cost, supply chain, and manufacturability.
• Drive product quality and user experience to ensure reliability in real-world industrial environments.
• Manage packaging, pricing, and launch strategies for a diverse portfolio of software and hardware offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with physical products, specifically in robotics, industrial automation, or machine vision.
• Proven track record of owning complex technical products from initial requirements through to market launch.
• Strong technical depth sufficient to earn the trust of engineers and applied scientists.
• Experience in pricing, packaging, and business-case ownership for hardware-and-software systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in industrial settings and willingness to travel.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
