What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy integration workflows using low-code tooling (Tray.ai, n8n, Zapier, Make) and custom JavaScript.
• Create data pipelines to read, write, and sync data across multiple databases and third-party platforms.
• Develop automated workflows that eliminate repetitive manual tasks for operations teams.
• Monitor integration health, debug failures, and optimize workflows for reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and LLM capabilities to enhance automation logic and data extraction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building integrations, automations, or workflow systems.
• Strong proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms such as Tray.ai, n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Solid JavaScript skills for implementing integration logic and custom functions.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT).
• Proficiency with data transformation and formats including JSON, XML, and CSV.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above.
• Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Chile.

Nice to have

• Python scripting for data processing, API integration, or ETL workflows.
• Knowledge of SQL and database queries for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with freight, logistics, or supply chain systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architectures.
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven systems.
