What you will do

• Lead and grow the regional deployment engineering team, setting standards for technical rigor and customer accountability.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customer CIOs and CTOs to scope deployments and resolve escalations.
• Own the end-to-end success of platform deployments into customer-owned infrastructure, including security and compliance navigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial commitments with deployment realities.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for complex infrastructure environments and high-stakes customer escalations.
• Shape the strategy for platform version upgrades and enterprise software delivery at scale.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering.
• Proven experience leading technical teams delivering complex infrastructure deployments into enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Open Stack), and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Helm.
• Executive presence with the ability to build relationships with senior technical leadership (CTO, CIO).
• Experience navigating regulated or high-security environments, including security reviews and procurement processes.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region and internationally (approx. 3–4 weeks per quarter).
