TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Data Integrity): Managing customer retention, engagement, and expansion for 40+ strategic accounts with an accent on land-and-expand strategies and renewal negotiations. Focus on driving product adoption, facilitating strategic partnership reviews (CORs), and leveraging AI tools to identify at-risk accounts.

Location: 100% remote located in the US. Travel is required for client engagements and company events.

What you will do

  • Drive engagement and retention through a consistent communication cadence with strategic stakeholders and business users.
  • Facilitate Customer Objective Reviews (CORs) and strategic partnership planning conversations.
  • Forecast upcoming renewal risks (12–18 months out) and own the renewal process from negotiation to closing.
  • Identify upsell and expansion leads to increase license footprints and cross-sell products into new business areas.
  • Advocate for priority escalation of open support or enhancement tickets to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new clients or lines of business within the Data Integrity Suite.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience managing “land-and-expand” account strategies in a Customer Success role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated history of strong client retention and successful renewal negotiation strategies.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives in matrixed organizations.
  • Proficiency in applying generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate workflows and analyze account signals.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the enterprise data and analytics market (data catalog, metadata management, data quality).
