What you will do

• Design and build Android features for company accounts, cash flows, and banking transactions.
• Implement AI-powered accounting automation and virtual/physical card management systems.
• Develop polished and responsive user interfaces using Jetpack Compose.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Backend, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product.
• Own code quality through automated testing, thorough code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline contributions.
• Drive technical decisions and proactively identify opportunities to improve the mobile architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, OOP, SOLID, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with MVI, MVVM, and MVP presentation layer patterns.
• Hands-on experience with RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Dagger 2, Hilt, or Koin.
• Expertise in Retrofit, Jetpack Navigation Component, and Jetpack Compose.
• Must be based in or able to work within the EU.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech or experience developing financial products.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Experience profiling and optimizing UI performance (Android Profiler, Perfetto, Baseline Profiles).
• Experience using AI agents and LLM tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot in the development workflow.
• Active GitHub profile with published apps on Google Play.
