What you will do

• Develop and ship native Android features using Kotlin.
• Create intuitive mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, and financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring stability, security, and reliability.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and crash rates.
• Implement AI-assisted experiences to improve the user journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
• Experience shipping production apps and integrating REST APIs.
• Deep understanding of mobile UX, usability, and edge cases.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration.

Nice to have

• App links, GitHub profile, or screenshots of shipped work.
• Experience with TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference.
