What you will do

• Build and ship Android features using Kotlin for insurance, payments, claims, and financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend APIs ensuring mobile flows are stable, secure, and reliable.
• Optimize app performance, crash rates, loading states, and memory usage.
• Use analytics and user behavior data to identify and resolve production issues.
• Develop AI-assisted mobile experiences that genuinely improve the user journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
• Must be based in China.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Experience shipping production apps and integrating REST APIs.
• High ownership and strong attention to product quality.

• Portfolio of shipped work, GitHub profile, or screenshots of previous apps.
