What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and production to execute Engine System solutions from program launch to production.
• Champion program management tools and PMO processes to ensure effective and efficient program execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact and manage the relationship between APT and Power & Energy clients.
• Manage funding and budgeting throughout the annual business planning and RBM cycles.
• Facilitate regularly scheduled governance meetings with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
• Develop and champion R&D efficiency efforts utilizing AI where applicable.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of tactical, strategic, and operational planning techniques.
• Expertise in program management policies and techniques for managing sets of related projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams with direct accountability for results.
• Proven ability to manage conflict resolution through negotiations and escalation.
• Must be based in the US or eligible for relocation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Understanding of Advanced Power Technology (APT) business models, budgeting, and governance.
• Knowledge of electronics and software systems development.
