What you will do

• Handle inbound phone calls from customers with active fraud alerts and account restrictions.
• Conduct in-depth investigations on accounts flagged for fraud across ACH, Debit Card, Cryptocurrency, and Wire Transfers.
• Utilize critical thinking and pattern detection to identify emerging fraud trends.
• Document investigation rationale and determinations, referring cases to other teams when necessary.
• Gather key information and documentation from customers to make fraud determinations.
• Communicate next steps and set expectations for customers during the investigation process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX with ability to attend the office at least 3 days per week.
• Availability to work weekday (M-F) or weekend (Sat-Sun) shifts between 7 am and 9 pm EST.
• Prior fraud or investigative experience preferred (e.g., Account Takeovers, Identity Theft, Money Movement Fraud).
• Strong verbal communication skills for resolving concerns directly with customers.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
