Business Analyst (ERP): Maintaining and evolving a live Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution with an accent on functional incident resolution and requirement gathering. Focus on optimizing ERP processes and ensuring alignment with global standards in an international environment.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland)

What you will do
- Analyze and resolve functional incidents within the ERP system.
- Gather new business requirements and propose system improvements.
- Support the maintenance and evolution of ERP processes.
- Collaborate with support, development, and business teams.
- Ensure alignment with global ERP standards.
- Contribute to system updates and releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Finance processes.
- Experience in ERP environments (implementation or maintenance).
- Fluent English and Polish.
Nice to have
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft ERP solutions.
- Experience as a Functional Consultant.
- Experience in support/Run environments.
