Salary: EUR 30,000 - 34,000 yearly

What you will do
- Contribute to the strategy and growth plans for Iberia Retail and B2B sectors.
- Optimize Logistics KPIs to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Execute day-to-day analytical tasks and project-oriented work within the logistics field.
- Create scalable improvements to increase profitability and operational efficiency.
- Report directly to the Head of Logistics Iberia.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in Strategic Business Development or Project Management.
- Strong data-driven analytical skills and experience with KPI analysis.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for building structured reports and tracking tools.
- English: C1 level required.
- Location: Must be based in Madrid.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
- Portuguese B2 level.
