Salary: EUR 30,000 - 34,000 yearly

What you will do

• Contribute to the strategy and growth plans for Iberia Retail and B2B sectors.
• Optimize Logistics KPIs to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Execute day-to-day analytical tasks and project-oriented work within the logistics field.
• Create scalable improvements to increase profitability and operational efficiency.
• Report directly to the Head of Logistics Iberia.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in Strategic Business Development or Project Management.
• Strong data-driven analytical skills and experience with KPI analysis.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for building structured reports and tracking tools.
• English: C1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
• Portuguese B2 level.
