What you will do

• Operate and adjust equipment in processing and packaging areas to ensure efficient line flow.
• Monitor product quality, waste streams, and line performance metrics.
• Perform daily sanitation activities and maintain a food-safe work environment.
• Execute daily management system standards including CILs, FSILs, and defect handling.
• Collaborate with production leads and teams to solve problems affecting safety and production costs.
• Conduct peer-to-peer handoffs to ensure continuity and resolution of line issues.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate, comprehend, and follow instructions in English (written and oral).
• Must be able to work onsite in Hermiston, OR.
• Capable of troubleshooting and critical thinking in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency in PC skills including Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to obtain required qualifications in L2/3 equipment operation and Lock Out Tag Out (training provided).

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing or a related field.
