What you will do

• Drive capital optimisation strategies and decision-making processes.
• Assess capital treatment for new products and derive returns on equity.
• Build and enhance capital management and allocation frameworks.
• Manage group capital plans and review subsidiary plans.
• Perform regular capital forecasts and assess ongoing capital adequacy.
• Liaise with Product Owners to support new product launches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in treasury management focusing on capital in a financial institution or fintech.
• Proven ability to build and enhance complex financial processes.
• Familiarity with Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR).
• Deep understanding of capital risk and treasury concepts.
• Track record of contributing analysis and explaining decisions to senior management.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Accounting knowledge.
• Experience in forecasting and financial modelling.
• CFA, ACCA/ACA, or CertBALM qualification.
