Salary: $111,700 – $167,600

What you will do

• Build, lead, and mentor an effective QA team to support project delivery and high software quality standards.
• Define and drive test strategies and plans aligned with software development goals and project requirements.
• Lead the integration of AI into daily QA workflows and maintain automated test scripts.
• Manage test automation strategies and track progress toward annual quality goals.
• Manage team capacity and resources efficiently within an Agile/Scrum-based environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design detailed test cases and establish appropriate test environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software quality assurance or testing experience in the mobile or automotive industry.
• Must be based in or have valid work authorization for Canada; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• 3+ years of experience testing Android-based software.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity (e.g., Team Lead, Scrum Lead, or Product Owner).
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Appium, Python, and Java.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with vehicle communication network protocols such as CAN and Ethernet.
