What you will do

• Own the daily operation of the MDM platform, including data ingestion and reconciliation processes.
• Manage end-to-end data requests via Jira Service Management, focusing on prioritization and root cause linkage.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across domains aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
• Define and monitor data quality metrics, tracking exception rates and overall control effectiveness.
• Lead the delivery of data requirements within projects, ensuring controls, lineage, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in MDM operations to shift toward proactive data control.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data management, operations, or architecture in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in MDM processing, data supply pipelines, and issue management frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with high-volume datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for analysis, validation, and automation.
• Deep understanding of data flows, lineage, transformations, and integration patterns.
• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services, risk, or compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise tools like Informatica, Collibra, Purview, or Alation.
