Senior Associate Director, Business Data Office, Data Integrity and Operations

What you will do

• Own daily MDM operations, including data ingestion, processing, diffing, reconciliation, and timely data supply.
• Manage data requests and operational issues through Jira Service Management, including prioritization, resolution, root cause linkage, and backlog reduction.
• Lead data quality measurement through rules, monitoring, exception tracking, resolution-time metrics, and data health reporting.
• Drive root cause analysis and sustainable remediation for systemic data issues.
• Lead data requirements across projects and change initiatives, embedding controls, lineage, quality rules, and documentation.
• Improve MDM operations and issue management through automation, standards, and proactive data controls.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data management, data operations, or data architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience owning data supply pipelines, MDM processing, operational workflows, and end-to-end data workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of master and reference data management, data quality, metadata, data governance, lineage, transformations, and integration patterns.
• Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with complex, high-volume datasets; proficiency in Python or similar tools for analysis, validation, and automation.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or equivalent issue-tracking tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and mentoring skills, with experience influencing business and technology leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Informatica, Collibra, Purview, Alation, or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services, risk, or compliance.
