Senior Marketing Data Analyst (GameDev)

Location: Office-based in Limassol, Cyprus, or Tbilisi, Georgia; relocation support is available to either location.

What you will do

• Develop marketing analytics and provide accurate, up-to-date data through Tableau.
• Design data marts for analytical needs and work with ClickHouse and data warehouses.
• Build and maintain Airflow ETL pipelines for collecting and processing marketing data.
• Research advertising traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance.
• Develop forecasting models and apply statistical methods to marketing-related problems.
• Create analytics tools, alerting systems, automated data quality checks, and AI-assisted workflow automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition, marketing metrics, attribution principles, and data flows from advertising platforms through MMPs to internal analytics systems.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with hands-on ClickHouse experience.
• Experience designing data marts, working with DWH, BI platforms, dashboards, and ETL/ELT automation.
• Experience developing forecasting models, applying statistical methods, and solving complex analytical problems with measurable business impact.
• Russian language proficiency at C1 level and willingness to work from the Limassol or Tbilisi office.

Nice to have

• Advanced forecasting models beyond traditional linear and logistic regression.
• Experience with probabilistic programming using PyMC or Stan.
• Experience in mobile game development.
