• Develop and support components and services aligned with market demands and process improvements.
• Conduct engineering evaluations, including investigations, fundamental calculations, and tests.
• Provide conceptual and strategic solutions to resolve problems in engineering projects.
• Participate in Change Management to achieve desired organizational outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with global design and safety standards and engineering best practices.
• Streamline engineering processes used to design and maintain products.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Peoria, Illinois, USA.
• Experience in cross-functional team assignments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering design, machine application, or the mining industry (desired).
• Proficiency in CAD tools (desired).
• Knowledge of Lean Engineering principles and Change Management implementation (desired).
