Salary: $74,000–$75,000 annually

What you will do

• Operate and monitor resin- and filament-based 3D printing equipment including Formlabs and Bambu Lab systems.
• Manage print queues, optimize machine utilization, and perform end-to-end print preparation and post-processing.
• Assemble multi-component parts and support hybrid builds combining printed items with existing hardware.
• Inspect printed parts for dimensional accuracy and quality standards, documenting performance and lifecycle data.
• Maintain printer equipment, manage inventory of consumables, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a master 3D parts library and standardized work instructions for multi-site adoption.

Requirements

• Engineering degree required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Edgewood, NY.
• Experience with additive manufacturing or 3D printing technologies (resin and filament).
• Familiarity with CAD models, STL files, and print preparation software.
• Experience with quality inspection tools and measurement equipment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and documentation skills.
