Location: Hybrid (Germany) - requires 2 days in the office and 3 days remote work per week

What you will do

• Lead complex implementations of AI agents (chatbots, voicebots) from pilot to full deployment for enterprise clients.
• Configure NLU, IVR/ACD, ASR, and knowledge-driven capabilities within the CXone Cognigy platform.
• Design user-centric conversational journeys, intents, and detailed dialog flows and interaction models.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRMs and APIs to create cohesive end-to-end technical architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI assistant personas and multimodal interaction patterns.
• Mentor colleagues and produce reusable documentation, templates, and guidelines for AI configuration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year working with AI or bot-driven applications.
• Proficiency in NLU, NLP, LLM, and agentic-powered solutions.
• Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Ability to design and document workflows using tools like Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio.
• Must be based in Germany to adhere to the hybrid work model.
