What you will do

  • Supervise construction and modernization field employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Administer the company safety program and conduct safety audits to ensure compliance.
  • Plan and prioritize elevator installations and manpower needs using project management software.
  • Review accounting reports to identify financial risks, opportunities, and manage budget plans.
  • Coordinate subcontractor schedules and performance on turn-key projects.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, and architects.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience managing at a branch departmental level.
  • Ability to write professional reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Columbus/Westerville, OH, USA.
